That $NOHO tweet is only half the story. It replaces the tweet that shows the FINRA letter addressed to Mr. Yan from Luis Rodriguez of InterSpace.

So InterSpace is finalizing the merger or a new firm has been hired. Either way, it looks like something is in the works.

I also thought it was a shrewd move by Mr. Yan to post that FINRA progress letter on Twitter. It basically broadcast that Yaoliu indeed contracted to have the merger accomplished and showed they were serious about being a US entity.
