Food for thought:

1) 2.7B shares have traded between 1/28/2021 and 3/02/2021.

2) OTC shows 11.165B shares outstanding and unrestricted.

3) They above would equate to roughly entity acquiring right at 25% of the company - an amount which would basically give the acquirer complete control - I say this as I view it as highly doubtful that retail would team up to acquire the balance of 75% (8.4B) in an orderly fashion. This might explain the low volume today - they would at 25%. Guess we wait and see if any filing/announcements are forthcoming....
