Initial feeling about 8k: W.T.F??!

After absorbing the information put out, this was actually a very strategic call by the company.

The shares needed to be converted, full stop. but they did it at a discount AND at a lower PPS.

Letting it bleed down slowly and finishing at a lower price was a great move - their confidence that the company will regain a higher PPS means this temporary price reduction does not bother them. There are 2 catalysts now: MJNE and the lawsuit.

Also keep in mind the 5MM investor/s and the billions the 4 top board execs own. They have a huge stake on this as well and they know what they lost these 2 weeks BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY: they know what they'll be gaining the next few months.


Think about this: if they had done this abruptly, that sharp instant fall would scare the investors MUCH MORE than a slow bleed. Had to be done, they did it the right way.
