Nice $NOHO review jj. You mentioned that the 20M RMB registered capital for Yaoliu only equated to $3M and that low capitalization was a concern for you, but it should not be. That represents the capital Yaoliu had when they initially registered as a China corp... so that amount is always low. Check huge conglomerates like Alibaba or Tencent and you will discover similar low registered capital in China.

So carry on with the stellar DD and rest assured that there are some deep pockets associated with $NOHO!
