Amazon does not accept Bitcoin however you can buy Amazon gift cards at Bitrefill with bitcoin and then spend on Amazon.

Im thinking Amazon would first accept Bitcoin then DOGE but maybe there is a different plan as you suggested which would be good for us small DOGE holders.
