I think you are correct in what you said.

I personally like the plans/desire to uplist even more than the share reduction, although one will be needed to lead to the other I believe.

So far this does seem like "fluff" although I too am actually banking on being wrong, and really have been hopeful with the increased presence of the company and those running it(Twitter, news releases, etc). I am hoping that since they aren't hiding that perhaps this recent news will come to fruition.

I will also either be eating many million shares, or will this will be assisting an early retirement. I hope the latter...
