Quebec Court ordered them to shut-down operations and return land to purely agricultural use.
Seems like UAMA solution was to use the abandoned in place assets and rent them to others who are actually miners.
Big come-down as little upside for UAMA now and only as a landlord.
UAMA as an enterprise has been totally mismanaged and is now hollowed out with little left.
Should be no surprise though as Mr. Benoit Laliberte has never built a business of lasting value.
