CAVEAT EMPTOR - Caution FRAUD!

UAMA is seriously delinquent filer who last filed Pink Report and Financials back for 3Q-2019. That's well over a year ago.

There was $47M bankruptcy filing in late 2016 which is still before the Supreme Court of BC. Court has already ordered sale of all assets and those purchased by Distributel. Nearly all but a couple of employees followed the assets. That effectively "gutted" this enterprise.

TNW Wireless Inc. and TNW Networks seem to have both failed in spectacular fashion. TNW Wireless no longer has a working cellular network. No subscribers, no roaming agreements, no revenue and no earnings. It and Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO are the laughing stock of the Canadian wireless community.

More problematic however is that Mr. Benoit Laliberte has been labeled a convicted criminal by The Canadian Press. He was found guilty of 41 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors back in 2008 by a Quebec Court. Later based on an appeal by the AMF, he was found guilty of a further 3 counts by another Court. Needless to say UAMA has trouble raising capital with a convicted criminal at the helm.
