Here's what I think is happenning… they are pretty happy that early shareholders are interested, and even recently test-fired some rises in share price, but they would prefer to keep the stock under a penny for when some big upcoming news hits. It's typical MM manipulation.

Its always nice to be the one holding when the pools rush in.

Load up the sub-pennies!

It's a game. Figure out the rules and play by them. Otherwise you'll be radio-silent crying on the sidelines.
