Synergy Update 11/11/2020

New officers have been elected to AGSO (AgriSolar Solutions). See below. We have been helping them to provide all documentation needed for the transfer agent which has been taking a little longer than usual. We plan to help them by providing resources with the initial process of becoming current with the OTC to help speed up the process. We are also encouraging them to put out a shareholder update in the coming weeks to detail company plans for the future.

Going forward for each of our new deals, our goal is to potentially take a bigger role in providing resources for new officers to get filings done and to help speed up the process so that there are not the big delays that we are seeing on some of the companies. Synergy/Benjamin Berry is a shareholder in each of the companies and wants nothing more than to see these new officers on each of the companies move quickly and communicate what they are doing with shareholders.
