Yeah, well its not equivalent to selling genviro out of the back of your car at a 7-11 either. You don't just get to say "CE certified" and start selling. Someone is going to jail if they do that and berman will be living in your head, rent free, for ever.

And the FIRST (of many) requirements for a CE mark is an AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE. This is a REGULATORY responsibility, NOT a commercial one!
Because the first thing the European regulatory authorities want to know is who to throw in jail if people start playing fast and loose. No AR = No CE!

Do we we know who the Genviro 'Authorised representative' is alleged/supposed/intended to be? (It may be Pedima but I don't see them admitting to THIS on their website!? That absence speaks volumes potentially!)
