For large shareholders, it's really not about the "fees" to buy and sell stock which on average cost about $7.00 a trade which isn't much at all. It's about volume, it's about the price of the stock today and moving forward in the future, and it's about the tax bracket they fall into if they sell out short or long for a profit. At least that's what the smart ones do. As you can see from today's trading activities, there are plenty of stupid impatient sell outs willing to sell out large and drag the price down to an unreasonable price so long as they can make a dollar or two off it they're happy. Trading based on company fundamentals is really not their forte at all. There really is no price to low and no price to high for these people. So, I'm glad they're selling out. We really don't need that kind of baggage on board with us at all who find themselves holding large amounts of shares for cheap with no way to sell out all at once on a normal day. That should freak them out plenty at which point, plenty people will score their shares for cheaper and cheaper and cheaper. There are winners and losers at the top price of a stock and winners and losers at the bottom price of a stock. You can make a lot of money off their impatient stupidity and greedy ways on every stock they're involved in.
