Just trying to read the tea leaves. There were 9B common. Then the change to 8.9B common and 100M preferred. Same quantity. Both are at par 0.001. Did I miss an RS in the doc? But if so a 1:100 usually applied to the preferred would give you 1M preferred shares at 0.1 par for preferred.

can we sticky that doc if it is real?
