i'm going to jump off that bridge when I come to it, I just like that they seem to be reading our posts and trying to respond in a way that suggests awareness and maybe a hint of contrition.

I do not detect a sense of urgency about the pps, though, which, combined with the note about continuing the 504 process when needed, led me to deduce there may not be much new $ in the near future.

But if they continue to respond and act thoughtfully and be as forthcoming as possible, then this could turn out alright.
