TD Ameritrade now has ACIC shares available to short, albeit, (HTB) hard to borrow, whereas before they were (NTB) not available to borrow.

Institutions and/or insiders are now loaning out their millions of shares.

Because of that, I'm out immediately after the ticker change, then I'll probably get back in when it drops...and it will drop; why else would they loan out their shares if not to make money on the drop.
