Sup everyone. I’ve been keeping track of this msg board never posted though. Been invested in this one since June. This line was in the new 2020 disclosure. Hasn’t been in the rest. “The Company plans to acquire AKBB Holdings, LLC, a licensed cannabis holding company based in Tucson, Arizona, via reverse merger sometime in 2021. Terms of the transaction have not yet been determined“. Might be the reason for the recent activity.
