Deception from day 1. False press releases day 1 from the top down

Thu and Vu Le created false reports about having offices in Denver and California. They falsely said they had a land deal for grow operations. They created false reports about distribution networks and real estate partners. False products. None of it was true. All of it was fraud, period. They issued shares under false pretenses and sold them to the public.

Go back and read every one of their press releases. Show us one key point that came true. Show us one fact that ever materialized. All I ask for is one - show us just one.

All of those digital graphic art visuals of the candy and edibles and websites -all were phony. The products were never made. They never had a factory anywhere to even flip on a light switch.

The Green Collective distribution network in California? Not one dispensary has ever heard of it. Where's the phone number to sign up? Nothing ever existed.

Are you saying they didn't intend to defraud or mislead? Explain the lack of facilities to us and their reports of production and real estate.

What happened with Letter of Intent to acquire real estate in Colorado with the un-named partners? How come the CO Sec of State has never heard of them? Where's the paperwork? Where are the state filings for any of this?

They never even registered for a business license in California or Colorado. Not Nevada, not Oregon. None anywhere. How is this not deception?

Their "headquarters in Denver" - I went to the address on Union. Bogus. It was an office rental space (similar to a consolidated WeWork arrangement). It was one address on the 11th floor for 100s different cubicles on the same 11th floor of the building. Each cubicle was rented to multiple people ...Everyone had different time slots for use. Suite 1101 was for all the virtual offices, including Latteno. There were 3 people on the entire floor. The receptionist at the entrance told me herself Latteno was a scam. She said they never once stepped foot on the property. Paid for everything by credit card over the internet. All calls routed to an answering service with no point of contact given to forward incoming messages. If that isn't deception, then what is? Their name wasn't even on the directory in the lobby. I was there.

Fraud since day one from the top down. Everyone knows it. No dancing around it. Now, people are trying to push off worthless shares of this fraud to unsuspecting new investors who are not saavy. Not cool.
