I have E*TRADE also and they only recently disallowed trading these Caveat Emptor stocks. My question is why THE HELL would anyone trade them in the first place? I was so lucky to get out of RBII with "something". I should have sold that pig when it actually ran to near pre suspension levels after the first couple days of swimming in blood. E*TRADE is gangster and their customer service is absolutely unmatched. They actually let me out of a margin call a couple years back. Never had a problem with them.

Anything I post is simply my opinion.
