This whole transaction is fascinating to me. I understand imun owns 13.5% or maybe as much as 15% of cytocom. Some questions jump out. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated:

Does imun own cytocom stock to the tune of those percentages?

If so, will imun receive that % in new shares when issued (15% of the 61% cytocom will get)?

What will happen as the new company issues shares for funding? Will imun ownership % be diluted?

Or do they own this % in some other way that will adjust for dilution and always remain the same?

I'm wondering about all this because there are definitely some reasons imun is not tracking the cbli share price. By my calculations (which could be wrong), with cbli at $6 imun should be at 4 cents. Instead it is half of that. Theories on why?
