I have a lot of holdings... 80 or so. At least 15 or so similar to this one which I have as well. Most have moved up strong in the past few months with many CEO's getting more active. Now is the time they recognize to act for a number of reasons. Regarding financials, only the the real scammers will probably not get current financially and they will get the AX from the SEC unless they have a lawyer in the family. It is a good time to be an attorney or a CPA. Many are going to come current. I welcome that move by the SEC to crack down on those that are not serious about running a real business. The overall health of the market will be improved at least until capital gains tax gets doubled or more. Then one can begin to look for another line of work.
ICNM should do very well IMO.
