Why would anyone buy UATG at a valuation of 10s of millions of dollars (which it is at right now - not to mention THREE SERIES OF PREFERRED SHARES , *disgusting* share structure), when there are dozens of great undervalued OTC stocks which trade at a similar valuation but are actually legit companies?
