Good Question ..... and of course ECSL disclosures do not address CyberFuels Gateway Terminal LLC as yet even though its been in existence in paper form since last summer.

Tis an LLC where Cyberfuels is listed as manager. No details as to whether there are other "partners" in the LLC.

Cyberfuels Inc is acknowledged in disclosures as wholly owned subsidiary .... and as yet all that is known is the LLC was initiated by CEO and Cyberfuels Inc listed as the managing member.

Wouldn't be shocked to see partners in the LLC. "Partners" mentioned in prior updates.
