PRRY potential merger, it got reinstated yesterday so it was the first step!.

custodianship status report out 3 weeks ago says: "The Custodian believes a transaction that would allow PRRY to acquire an operating
business as well as the funds needed to reinstate the Nevada corporate charter may happen in the
next 3 weeks, but due to uncertain and rapidly evolving conditions arising during the COVID-19
pandemic, the Custodian is unable to state the matter with any more certain at this time."

PRRY is a no brainer here imo.
