I just don't see what they need all
this new money for.



Neither do i, however as of lately many bios
eg: PLX GMDA to name just two from the top
of my head are raising funds not because they
need but because they can.

My opinion was that if they raised with such a
deep discount, at least do so for a sizeable
amount, such a they finally did.
