That's dilution. The problem is they are issuing shares. The shares outstanding are now 32 million. They have added 6 million shares to the OS as of late. For example, they get bonus shares when the market cap hits $100,000,000. A few months ago that would have made it a $5 stock. Now it only needs to be $3.07. That why I say the need to get their a$$ in gear and start using REVENUES for what they need rather than issuing shares. Convertibles are not the only method of dilution. THAT IS WHY YOU HAVE TO FLIP THIS STOCK, JUST TO KEEP UP WITH THE DILUTION.
