Not rude at all, it's very good advice. All decisions are mine based on my own DD.
I agree on the all foods side but the risk of the acquisition falling is my biggest concern. However, I'm lacking a method to access that risk, a typical rate of failure that sort of thing as a starter.
Obviously the lack of fillings is a concern but things take time.
