To me that's a great sign. The wheels appear to be in motion. Getting an update as of today is very big. It would just be interesting to know how much tax they're delinquent on, and how much it will take to clean the shell thoroughly. In the end, will us common shareholders be ok? That's yet to be determined - but the shell is working to be completed for a clear reason now.
