Question for anyone. Do you think EWLL granted Bistromatics control of phzio to prevent larger PT companies from just doing a hostile takeover of EWLL rather than paying a premium for the highly sought after Phzio service? Bistromatics is a private company after all, whereas EWLL is public and controlling ownership could be attained at a far lesser price than what Phzio is actually worth. If so, seems like a smart play.
