You might want to reread the requirements even when being "dark". There are MINIMUM filing requirements, it does not exempt them from filing.

Never the less, filing issues are not the reason for the suspension, so, it's a moot point anyway. The suspension was brought on by the obvious promoting and sudden price movement whether the company was involved or not. I have seen this result in the suspension being lifted early and trading resume after the company was cleared of direct involvement. Time will tell.
