I just had a conversation with a fellow investor yesterday and my speculation was a buyout by Halo. There is nothing that I'm aware of that would drive the SP this way so there's something that either the II's or NO ONE knows that is doing it. A buyout could be such a thing. I used to be on the M&A team of my company and while we went crazy trying to be "secret" or "tricky" it never was a secret somehow...so maybe the leaks are driving the SP. I'd prefer stock as Halo would be a good thing to be invested in vs cash but will not be a chooser. Intrigued to see what happens next.
