In response to your post and the previous post. I only have 3 posts per day, so I ran out yesterday and could not respond.
So, I’ll respond to multiple questions:
1. Yes, I hate the founders as they are all con artists and it bothers me that they getting away with this obvious price manipulation. Renken already sat in jail for 4 years for stock fraud and other founders have a history of penny stock failures. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Renken and Adessky are selling stock and not filing insider reports because they are not listed as officers of the company, despite the fact that they are the decision makers and required to file.
You do not have to be an expert to see the manipulation after each trade, they hit the ASK to prop up the price. Not that difficult in a thinly traded stock.
2. I follow the stock because it’s easy and takes no time. I hate to see crooks make money on fraud. They often threatened to sue me in numerous press releases and never did so. I wish they had so I could get trading records on discovery.
3. This stock is like the old fable - The Emperor has no clothes. THERE IS NO BUSINESS AND HASNT BEEN ONE FOR 13 years. Go back to 2012 press releases and you’ll see the same BS on algae. Each quarter for the last 3 years they promise that ‘a deal’ is coming and it never does, yet the stock goes up. They do not want a deal since any deal will never justify their market cap. Certainly a 50,000 sf algae plant in which they own 20%, is a joke.
Keep trading and hoping you don’t get caught when it falls apart. Anyone investing is an idiot. Take trading profits.
If this company had a future you’d have seen insider buying when it was under 1 cent. The Chairman does not own a single share. This is simply an ATM for Renken, Adessky and Azimov and they are laughing all the way to the bank selling a phantom story.
