Update on why stock is getting bashed ,
The lawsuit that was filed was under the premise that Mmcap has legal authority to demand securities for payment when in both press releases its at the option of SOL. Which makes complete sense. SOL is an equity company and didn’t need their money to keep the lights on just to invest, which they did.
You don't have to like andy but this seems a clear short attack from this hedge fund. They use SOL as ATM and us poor retail suckers are loosing money unless you havent been tricked . But in the end, you can read the court file and the rebuttal.
But from what we know now, this mmcap is going to loose because it is pretty clear. Option a and b includes a verano/harvest deal which broke apart, so there is no option a and b and the debenture has to be paid in cash + interests.
