That was real news TN! Mr. Yan had to have directly posted the letter to Twitter since it was sent to him personally from Luis Gonzalez of InterSpace Global!

It is obvious from the tweet that Yaolin paid for the reverse merger and expects $NOHO to be their path to NASDAQ!

I imagine Mr. Yan has already retained legal counsel to make sure they are protected as they get listed on the OTC.
