Considering Robinhood only allows the trading of Exchange listed stocks I am not surprised they would characterize it that way...and actually BIOA was once listed on an Exchange and delisted to the OTC. Maybe that is what they are referring to. But a stock doesn’t get delisted from the OTC as it is not an Exchange.

Stocks that trade on exchanges are called listed stocks, whereas stocks that trade via OTC are called unlisted stocks..


BIOAQ was an over the counter equity security. Not a listed stock.
