SEC'S Protecting future investors. Safest thing, is not gamble on sketchy companies, and place blame on them where it belongs.

Blaming SEC is a bit like blaming police for stopping some street hustlers, and the losses that result. But now future investors have a bitof warning, with it going grey sheets.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
