i own some of this but it is not absurd, what is absurd is that the company didnt file the necessary reports to stop this ...

i mean what they hell does the ceo and other officers get paid for,
to run a company efficiently and hopefully profitably. who in their right mind wouldnt respond to a request from the sec , its like ignoring a letter from the irs... plain and simple stupid ....
