Maybe this was God whispering in my ear but...

I was just listening to MeetKevin's live interview with Ross Gerber (1.25B net worth, President of investment mgmt firm, etc..)

I was listening in and out but as I was tuning my attention back in, he says "everyone knows the first rule of business is: avoid litigation..."

also "it will break even the richest person"


Which was a refreshing genuine comment coming straight from someone that leads a billion-dollar investment firm. So for someone at the forefront of making money has that viewpoint, I do believe HCMC to still has the upper hand here. PM will surely play hardball to get the "get out of jail card" price down, but in the end if HCMC lawyers play this the right way, we will prevail!
