The reason I'm holding my shares, when I could have easily dumped for a quick profit, is because of the FDA fast track designation. Go ahead and do some research on the application process for this. You will find that in order to get fast tracked, certain endpoints and targets must be met in preliminary testing that point to a significant chance of success in live human trials.

The fact that Brilacidin is fast tracked is proof of the fact that testing was done, and it was successful in meeting it's endpoints, and that there is a high probability that the human trials will be successful. So now we wait for the results. But as evaluated by the FDA's fast track process, we are looking pretty good here. Go ahead and read for yourselves;
