when I PM, I treat it as private and for the person receiving it ONLY. When I wrote JR, I told him what I felt about his actions since he gave me his phone number to call back in August. I "gave it to him" in the way that I did because he publicly challenged me on this board when I never did it publicly. I made comments to him via phone as well, all private conversations, man to man. But the PM that many knew about BEFORE I gave permission was for him, to hit him back for a public comment he made about me. I am sorry, I did a quick search for the post, but I cannot find it. I did save 2 PM's from him, which had my PM's attached, but I do not have the one where I told him, basically...

I thought he was a mouthpiece for Mr. Skolnik, and that he was being used by him. I also said that I felt he was pumping this as much as he can and talked about when to sell, so he can gain from others being caught holding the bag. I cannot remember if I said he was "running a scam" on this board, exactly.

Since I don't have the PM anymore, I cannot respond to what I said verbatim. I have two other PM's from him, that had my PM's attached, but not that specific one.

As for longs being "to blame" for others losses, I told him that it is damaging to post what a supposed CEO says via phone, because it is unverifiable, and misleading to people that do not have experience in the pinks. Like I said, about 2 or so years ago, I was green to the pinks, and I heard from the CEO via a poster that I trusted, and those comments actually kept me hanging on longer than I should have. So, when I saw JR and WTL posting CEO comments from phone conversations, I did not think it was a good idea. Now, in the PM to JR, I am sure I was a bit more blunt, but that was a private matter.....or course, if anyone had the PM, please post it for all to see. I don't have it.

I don't think any one poster is to BLAME for others losses, but I personally try to tell the TRUTH about a stock, and not mislead newbies into the lions den. I felt that JR was new to the pinks and did not realize the damage he could cause to newbies that follow these posts. I have noticed that many on this board have NOT been burned by a CEO's words via phone, and do not realize the ramifications of following those posts. I have personal experience, as my introduction to the pink sheets, in losing 99.9999% of my investment. Much of what I saw on this board being posted, was posted 2 years ago on the Telatinos board at RB and then here on IHUB (now the NCVT board i think).

So that was the long answer.....

short answers are:

1.) I have accused a poster or 2 of posting comments from the CEO for personal gain, and not thinking about who they are hurting.

2.) I have accused one or two posters for being a big reason why there are so many bagholders that bought above .015 with the "September to Remember", NOBO!, "PR blitz coming, CEO SAYS" posts that were all over this board.

These are my opinions...as a moderator of this board, I will respectfully answer you.

I have apologized to JR via PM about a week ago. But I am sure no apologies are accepted after what I said to him in that PM. I was deliberately harsh and mean, since I was challenged on this board publicly.

I have noticed that others on this board have read that PM, probably the day after I sent it. I am sure there are others that were read also, which shows to me the character of the ones passing them along.

There are my answers.
