Its a good question. If you would have asked 2 years ago I would have said no, I would not still be around in 2 years because there would be no "believers" at that point. As I've said, I want to know what it will take on this one. The class action was often pointed to, but now that is out. I am not sure what remains that could fuel any hope, but potentially this lawyer thing, which I'm sure is nothing but maybe there is a small chance they will allow it to come back to the US to cancel equity. That would just be extraordinary. Obviously there will be no further formal proceedings because its over. After that is over and another, say, 6 months pass with nothing- what could fuel hope? I would probably stick around at least that long. But this could be one of those that people talk about an imminent deal for 10 years. How could anyone think that? I don't know.
