If they had cash to begin with, I would believe that is the case. If Aero was small time or new, I can believe that. However, with the current situation. I think R/M is more likely.

the 2nd and subsequent investment will be under the new company. Makes perfect sense if Aero wants to go public to acquire other public companies.
