$47M bankruptcy of UAMA subs Teliphone-Navigata-Westel has totally "GUTTED" this enterprise. That bankruptcy still before the Court and could result in potential charges against UAMA CEO for threatening (in writing) an Officer of the Court.

Mr. Benoit Laliberte is an undischarged bankrupt and has been for over ten (10) years according to Court Records.
