Its a FACT.
Quebec Court ordered shut-down for land-use violations!
Benoit Laliberte appealed that decision and LOST.
Woodland(?) the original mining client is rumored to have been concerned about pending "contempt of Court" charges so cancelled the original contract and "abandoned in place" their mining processors relinquishing title and control of the miners to UAMA et al.
Seems like only avenue left for UAMA was to simply act as a LANDLORD, permitting real miners to use their "Blockdomes" to do the actual mining. So now only a LANDLORD renting to the real miner(s).
Revenues now rumored to be a fraction of what they were back in 3Q-2019.
The SILENCE (UAMA has not filed reports or financials in over a year) is odd as these guys were always way ahead of the curve with grandiose and fraudulent press releases. That suggests that the only "material information" would divulge that this enterprise has essentially failed.
