Following reflects why I'm not happy with the company's transparency, even if I am still confident in the value of my investment.

I believe your last completed financial quarter was December 30th. Did I miss something or wasn't your quarterly report filed? If so, when can we expect to get it?

Yes, we expect it to be by April 29th.

ME:
That is 4 months after the end of the quarter. Why this abnormal delay?
