the reason this is not higher is not that.they are not making enough net profit.last quater about 8% or so for each mill in rev.very low % 'thats why they diluting here they need more $$$$ for inventory but they dont have enough cash for it.net revenue should be 30s or so not 8s. some how they need to cut cost.
