I don't think they are anywhere close to an Acquisition.

They're adding New Board Members, Directors, Management because they have to show Proper Controls in order to even think about having a chance at Financing.

My gut tells me that Herm and Jaspers would love to take their Money out if they could. They are in the late stages of their Career. They clearly want to move on. They just want their money.
