Yes. I have spoken to him many times on the phone and asked him about his many infractions. He gave me an answer for all of them. Why not email him if you have inquiries? What would stop you from doing that if you want answers to your questions. Gather the facts!

I just want answers and to protect my investment so I have no fear when it comes to going right to the source and parsing all the DD I have done to make an educated logic fact based decision what next steps I should do.
