Diversion & Distraction ... or Faithful to Financials

I expected nothing less than CYIO's announced delivery of year end financials late in March or early April of 2021.

That is EXACTLY why I previously posted last week that I did not expect anything from Helio until between later March and later April.

Why? Because it makes very little difference to the markets if CYIO lost or made profit growth. But it is a crucial step to being able to make a potential merger announcement - because the SEC would require it to approve any proposal for merger. AND THAT will make a large difference to the markets and CYIO shareholders.

1. Diverting and distracting attention can be a goal for some to have on shareholders for numerous unpleasant reasons - especially to confuse and befuddle or to negatively effect the stock price.

2. And certainly the idea by them will not be encouraging when you see what the real and true significance of the financials being completed - on time - with a pattern of an ongoing operation working on recovery from damage a prior management team did.

3. My point is that O'Shea and his board and management team are predictable and obviously aware of completing their intentions of making CYIO completely appropriate and presentable and professional in their efforts for CYIO.

Now normally I'm a big fundamentals investor . . . but its important as any good investor is - to restack the priorities of share purchase and ownership on a company and not be rigidly only fixed on certain things . . . its the difference between big successes and average stable successes in stock selection.

Now some will want to focus on what the potential Financials report - while others will have the wisdom to recognize what the Financials represent to shareholders and the future of CYIO . . . not losses and gains . . . but direction of growth and acquisition ability. jmho
