They were all suspended because of questions about recent increased activity and volatility in the trading of these issuers like EVTI and including the 2 examples provided: HLXW, and IPWG - hence the Suspensions. The SEC continues to respond to potential attempts to exploit investors during the crazy penny stock volatility. There are so many others that deserve suspension, hopefully the SEC has just begun on the suspension of all of the dark / defunct overly hyped stocks.
