Gotta remember the dd fabrication team feels that only the tangible assets were sold and that none of the patents or IP was sold.
Even though it’s listed as sold in the APA showing the 137 patents as well as the trade names, trademarks and any R&D breakthroughs sold and then the rights and title to them has been transferred to LCYB the dd fabrication team still feels it didn’t happen.
They feel the plant is not up and running making BIOSA because LCYB has no patents or licenses because the only way to sell the patents is to sell the shares with them as the shares are somehow attached to all the IP LMFAO!!
I read this am that the monitor conducted fake SISP’s and a fake liquidation. So I guess it was all a dream lol.
